Recovering From Bicycle Accident Back On The Road Again Commuting Bike Blogger

Bicycle injury and recovery... 2 weeks later... Bike Blogger is back on the road again! I was in a bicycle accident while riding my mountain bike on the trails and got a rib injury from falling off my bike and jamming the handlebar end directly into my chest. Since then I have avoided riding my bike while I let my body properly heal, and now I feel I can safely get back on the saddle. If you are ever in a bicycle accident I urge you not to give up, let your body recover, and ride again! I know how irritating it is to not be able to ride! In my case, I read chest injuries can take 1 month to fully heal, but it depends on so many variables. It can be 1 week, it can be as long as 1 year. If you feel healed then you are usually OK to ride, I think. ;) Video - Mountain Biking CRASH! Hey Bike Blogger !!! Another great video. I have a suggestion. Can you add another page to your website called Reviews or something. On that page you would list products that you own.....used......and rate them with your opinion. I see people asking what products you use and so on all the time......this way you can document it once on your web page and just list a link to it. You have a large fan base so giving us some product reviews would be great to see in my opinion. Keep up the great work.

Yeah I have a radial head fracture on my forearm-elbow, blood in elbow but it's gone now and had my splint removed after one week (it's very minor) I road my bike today and that crap hurts so I know how you feel. (it's only been a week though man haha)

Good to see you back in the cockpit! Funny story: I cracked my rib in the same fashion...handle bar in the chest. Now Blogger, as you may have seen in some of my videos I'm a rather large man to put it mildly. I make no bones about having a full rack of "bitch tits" lol. I have recently reach an age where prostate exams are recommended......something I've dredged my whole life. But now I suddenly have this....bruised boob that for reasons I can't explain, won't get better. Then it suddenly occurs to me I might have to have a.....MAMMOGRAM!!! DEAR GOD THE EMBARRASSMENT! I can just see the whole thing now. Big as hell me walking into a woman's clinic and trying to whisper, "I'm here for a mammogram". Suddenly a docs finger up the butt doesn't seem so embarrassing. At least it's a routine exam that men get, & not some woman's exam that the nursing staff would look at me as if I was from another planet for being in need of it. The lunch hour chatter would be filled with gossip about the fat man needing his man-boobs scanned. Man-O-Man....what a life I have
