Road raging cager chases down and sideswipes a motorcyclist knocking him down on the freeway NOTE: ~Prior to the car cutting us off, we had been travelling in one lane in a staggered formation doing the speed limit. ~When the car got in front, our riders passed him to regroup up ahead ~The gesture seen at the beginning of the video is the camera man raising his hand in a "what are you doing" motion. Not flipping the car off. ~Some have mentioned the bike on the left side of the car at the beginning of the video. This (a black r1) is not the same bike that got chased down and hit later on (white r6) ~At no point did any rider touch the car. No mirrors, no door kicks, not even so much as a brake check. ~Last but not least, LANE SPLITTING IS LEGAL WHERE I LIVE EDIT: Here is a full version of the video with the whole 3 seconds that I cut out because everyone wants to assume we'd been mobbing like assholes https://youtu.be/p0zjSd_WMOI

The person who got hit is my brother Josh. He is ok, just a little roughed up.

It obviously was not unprovoked. The car had to turn right with one lane and 100 bikes doing the same. He found and opening and safely took it. The camera guy just didn't like someone getting in front of him. Everyone was safe and still moving. But biker egos were hurt and they probably thought this guy is such an asshole for trying to use the same road we're using. Even cameraman passes the car unsafely in his lane and throws his hands up like "look at me i'm on a bike and obviously following all the traffic laws, why aren't you?" If i had to guess the white bike that we see come into frame running from the car probably touched/kicked/smacked or did something physical to the drivers car pissing him off and causing him to pursue his attacker. Should he have hit him? no. Should the biker have fucked with the car? no. Just share the road and quit getting butt hurt when a car safely breaks the chain of 100+ bikes riding together.

LOL Full video my ass. What did you just decide to turn on your camera during the freeway entrance? I have a feeling the guy that got hit must have did something where the camera was not filming to piss the driver off.

This is why I'm terrified of buying a bike. I'm short (5'2) and I live in MA. Not sure if lane splitting is legal, but I've nearly been hit in a bright red SUV because people weren't paying attention or major road rage. That right there takes the cake.
