Rocky Mountain Bicycles has designed their Sherpa model intentionally for trail ride style bikepacking. With the 27.5+ platform, full suspension, and a lower bottom bracket, this is not the typical 29er hardtail that many choose to use for typical singletrack bikepacking in the backcountry. It has very comfortable and upright positioning that when combined with its lower slung feel, higher volume, lower pressure tires and plush, full suspension, makes for a ride that gives it's pilot extra confidence and a feeling that it could rip technical trails with ease. It would be great to try one with fully loaded bikepacking bags to see how it handled as well. Thanks for watching!
