I've really had it now with these inconsiderate tenants at ROLBOS 11 repairing their constantly faulty motorbikes on the ROLBOS premises, leaving messy oil spills, revving their bikes at 4am and 10pm. I've recorded this, even though the video quality is not that good I'm sure the other tenants in the same complex will gladly testify that they've had enough now with these people's constant's noise pollution
