How long will it take me to get a flat stomache if i do this every other day. Btw this is my 2nd day and this is my fave vid so far because i love follow along ones and this isnt way too hard.

Alright, I've been doing this for about 5 days now. As far as I can see, it's workings I don't already have a six pack. And I won't even in a few days because to achieve that you also have to eat healthy. Along side this I'm doing a push up challenge for 30 days. However this has gotten considerably easier and the time flies by so quickly for it just being 5 days

Great workout! Can you recommend me 15 to 20 min for every morning routine for all body parts? I am running also every second day 30-45 min and hiking at Sundays for 3 - 4 hours. Thank you.
