Wtf is this riverside nice pistonrods I didn't know you lived here nice bro

My wife is 5'7" and she owns and rides a 2016 Panigale 1299S because the seats are really slim and you could flat foot very easily - it will also help if you get the suspension setup for your height and weight as well (setting the suspensions brought the bike down by 2 inches for her) !!!
-
Hey man, did you film this in forest park, IL? great vid btw I totally understand the woes of being a short rider myself.
-
I'm 5'11 does the Yamaha r6 suits me?
-
I can't wait until I get older so I can do motorvlogs
-
I can basically flat foot a super Moto in only 5"8
-
is a Honda grom good for a 5'1 person like me
-
I'm 5'1 can I buy a grom? and can it travel everywhere?

Don't usually comment on posts but I'm 5 foot 4 male with very little money and 5 kids under 20, after 15years away from biking I saved enough up and bought an old 98 thundercat and lowered it. Its been frowned upon but I've trave!ed the length and width of Scotland at high speed and low speed and I'm glad I done it, geometry may be out but I've had 10000 miles touring without incident, that includes detours up off road gravel mountain passes when roads have been shut, lowering isn't the best option but it can work, just saying!

your review or vid is horrible. you should reneme it,,, !!DEsperate for attention

Sup b ro,I'm 6'3" and ride an '06 vz800 by Suzuki,so I'm a cruiser to the core, allways have been.My VZ800 feels like a couch with 2 wheels and it is totally stock, only mods I use are for creature comforts that is it,lol. No height probs here.

I'm a shortie and I found this site. Doesn't base measurements on seat height but a combination including seat width. Really good starting point for looking at bikes. http://cycle-ergo.com/

my feet are just suspended in the air, i can't even reach the ground even if i try to tip toe😂

im 5" 1 and need a highway legal bike im not sure what to do?

I went to check out the sv650 last weekend with 28" inseam and was taller than I was thinking. On paper I liked everything about the bike too. I tried the CBR500 they had and they was way comfortable and low enough, plus it felt really light. So I might try that as my first bike.
-
wouldn't you say it's easier to reverse with longer inseam.

I am 5' 5" and I agree with PistnRods. It sucks being vertically challenged but my desire to ride a sport bike made me learn how to deal with the fact that my legs are short. I rode a stock height 2001 Yamaha R6 and really had no problems as long as I wore my Red Wing Pecos work boots. Before I owned the R6 the bike before that was a 97 Honda CBR900rr and because of the girth factor I had to install an adjustable lowering link and shorten the kick stand to be able to ride it at all in heavy stop and roll traffic. I lowered it about 1 1/2 inches and slid the front forks up some in the front triple trees and it made all the difference. I could probably have lowered the back another 1 1/2 inches but not the front. I does affect the handling to install a lowering link but unless your a super aggressive rider its not that big of a deal. When I rode my Honda CR125 and CR250 dirt bikes trail riding I would start off completely off the bike put it in gear put my left foot on the peg and then swung my other foot over the saddle but that wouldn't be a good idea on a tall street bike. If your a new rider and vertically challenged you may want to start off on a Yamaha R3 or a CBR250 or the Kawasaki Ninja250 and get comfortable riding before adding in the problem of handling a taller sport bike. Don't let your fear keep you from enjoying the fun of motorcycling.
