Short walkaround of the turbo pitbike project

Just walking around talking about the pitbike turbo project I'm working on. Has a turbo from a VW TDI on a 110cc engine with an SSR pitbike. Not quite done but slowly getting there.

Turbo is pretty big, i know this is old and you probably don't have this anymore but something like an ATV or a snowmobile turbo would be better.
-
is this a 1.8 turbo
-
Yeah kind of worried it is but if it is I can go with the more commonly used smaller turbo on it they go for about $250 IIRC

Looks like this turbo is bit too big for 125cc.

that carb is ridiculous

seals in a blow through setup because the carb becomes pressurized instead of being in a vacuum. I understand a draw through setup may not be the most ideal but like I said this is just to fool around with not for performance really. I may have to change the seals in the turbo though if they're not able to handle the gas which some can some can't so maybe that's what you meant to question me about? Thanks for your insight and have a great day buddy

I'm doing it mainly for looks for an interesting vehicle to transport me around the pits at races and as a learning experience learning how to play with turbos. If its too big there's a smaller one I can get. I got this one dirt cheap though so figured I'd try it. It must be kinda hard to see in the video because the internal wastegate it has on it is adjustable. And I don't need to upgrade the seals in the carb due to it being a draw through setup like I stated in the video. You upgrade the

I have never know anyone build anything like that and sound like they know as little about it as that lol and that turno is way too big you will struggle to spool and if it does spool you will need an adjustable wastegate as anything iver 8 psi will destroy your engine also have you upgraded the seals in the carb to take higher than atmospheric pressure

I'm going to PM you a link to a thing I've been updating with pictures of all the work I've been doing on the bike because it won't let me put links in the comments apparently
