I have no use for a 1000 to much power i'm not going to use plus more insurance The only way I would buy a 1000 is if I really liked the bike and had to have it! Like the KTM super duke 1290 then maybe but I'm good with a 600 or 700 cc bike.

The only thing about having a liter (and/or 1000cc+) bike on the street, is it ALWAYS wants to go. You can try to put it off and try to somehow NOT give in to temptation, but its hard to quench that innate need for speed that they have. Either way, it it a lot funner to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow.

750 is a 600 frame every part that I buy I buy for a 600 it's crazy so basically my bike is a 600 with a 750 motor on it and it is light as f*** it's a hundred pounds less if not more check it out you guys 7:50

i have. 2015 750 gsxr ecu/power box in a pipe /k&n air and I have not lost a race to a 1000 yet every thousand I race I smoke I got my heads port and Polished running it smoking anything in sight will not anything but anything stock

I'll take my 600 over a Leeeter bike. Lighter and more nimble, yet still has more than enough power to kill you on the streets.

if you have to ask the question, "should I start on a 1000cc?" you probably shouldn't start on 1000cc. why? cos the doubt is already there.
don't forget, anyone says you should cos they did fair play to them, they gambled and it wasn't costly. just remember, the dead can't cast their opinion. -
