I got a CBR125rw and I've been riding it for 2 months and aren't bored of it yet, but I'll be considering the R3 for my next bike maybe next season.

I'm looking to get a sport bike I'm 5'6 150 pounds any suggestions

The 250L is very heavy and very low on power, but I think it's perfect for the absolute beginner. I am very well dead-set on getting a new 250L and immediately throwing 17's on it. I am all about driving a slow vehicle fast, and I believe the Honda will bring a huge grin to my face every time I start it.

Your camera quality is so good!! Better than every other bikers videos

Yamaha TTR 125 modded for being street legal any good for a starter bike? Getting one used for 1k from a friend that got a car so he wont ride anymore

The RC390 makes 44 PS but it's around 15 kg lighter than the Ninja 300. And also the torque is 35 NM. So, yes, the RC 390 does feel like a lot more powerful than Ninja 300.
The R3 doesn't come to India.
But, I think it would be a very worthy competitor to the RC390. -
When is your next video coming?

im thinking my two choices are gunna be the R3 and the Ninja 300 when i get my first bike in the spring. the only thing is i was hoping to get a used bike, and i won't be able to find any R3s that will be used around that time (since i live in NYC and nobodys riding right now). do you think itd be worth it to just get an R3 new, or get the 300 used? i figured id get the 300 used so that i still have money for riding gear, insurance, etc (that shit is expensive!!) but if the R3 really is that good maybe ill save another couple paychecks for it. would like to hear your thoughts on this

I remember my old CRF 230l... 12hp...

I remember looking at the Ninja 300 last year when I wanted a bike.. looked cool, easy to learn on. And then I sat on it, it felt really small and people were telling me Id outgrow it. Being 6 foot tall it was just too small. Went with a used 2009 FZ6R instead and even after just 6 months of having it, I want more power, particularly top end. Guess it all just depends on the rider.

Never heard of the R3 until today.. I have a 2011 Ninja 250 and it's been out for years so I can find cheap parts for it.. And I think the CBR is ugly....

most people who buy a smaller bike or what not always want to up grade after a short time of having em. my first bike was and still is an r6 and i feel like its perfect. its got enough umph but not too much that if i was a new rider it would get away from me. you'll get bored so quick with a lower cc bike every time.

we dont have r3 in my country we have r25 :P

You hit the nail on the head about power and displacement. Especially when you talked about torque. That's one of the reasons I choose a DR650 over a DRZ. More power and speed for the highway and that extra weight keeps it more rounded.
At first I was looking into an R3, but than made up my mind that if I didn't get a supermoto, I would hate myself for it and feel this void every time I seen one.
Very happy with my 06 650 motard. You're dead right about waking open the throttle too. The DR loves to barrel down the road at 90+ and sink in them twisties.
Great video as always bro. -
My crf230m makes like 14hp lol its not that bad tho it will still do 70 and its plenty of fun cruising back roads and around town
