I was very skeptical about buying this bike. I did a whole lot of research, spent months trying to find the perfect bike and this one was the most adjustable and durable for a lower price than the really high end spin bikes. However, I read all of the reviews and I was hesitant. I know that a lot of people received their bikes with damage to the flywheel and other components, but I guess I am one of the lucky ones because mine came in perfect condition. Amazon had the item "under review" right after I purchased it, so they seemed to have handled the problem with their shipping methods for this item. I love this bike. It's gorgeous and very sturdy. Despite having wheels, it's a pain to move so I would suggest giving it a permanent space somewhere like in the living room (which is what I did). The seat, like with all spin bikes, it super uncomfortable. You do get use to that or you can buy padded bike shorts to lessen the pain. Assembly was very easy, took 45 minutes from unboxing to complete assembly. It is super quiet, I can watch TV with my boyfriend while I work out and he hardly hears it.
