These are some of the Beauties at my shop in Western Washington USA. I reinstall huge tough (1/4" B7 grd and 3/8") mounts and fasteners for kit , Engine, and bike. I also give the engine attention like shaving the heads (more compression, Port timing and balancing, I seal the electronics, and weld up the exhaust along with High temp paint (China don't like to send any thing but chrome and they've been cut off from chromed pipe exporting so they put any old black paint on the exhaust so while I have them out I check the catalyst for correct flow and replace exhaust when needed.. Then use 1000deg farenheit gloss paint on them. Then I check the ports and clean them out. I Install an variety of options like Oldy Springers that I get by the dozen by the old manufacturer, Drum front hub brakes by Sturmey Archer I lace with 14 or 12 ga Lance Armstrong SAPIM New Belgium Spokes, I have heavy Chromed Steel Fenders, Nice Mirror Variety, heavy rear matching wheel laced with 12 ga on a HighStop KT Heavy duty Hub, Thorn Prooof Tubes. more Too!

iif your not a natural speak than use text, a lot of these shady tree mechs are great people but they dont know how to get taken seriously, im a young guy and ive employed my fair share, always good guys but not great bizz men

I always put front and rear lights on my motorized bikes and run them off the white wire from the engine. If the engine's on the lights are on. They are nice and bright and make sure I am seen and can be seen.

@rouletteamp what type of front v-brakes would you recommend, and are they easy to install on a cruiser bike?
-
your voice is like a weak hand shake, speek up and rep your company like you care
-
does this price include the bike too? I have a friend who is starting this but he installs the motor on your bike for $400.00
-
looks like the chain chewed the back wheel on the last bike.

Those bicycles look cheap with 1 piece crank and caliper front brake. Front drum brake necessary with heavy steel cruiser bicycle. I hope your business is sucessful and you make lots of money. There are other companies that sell motorised bicycles without a front brake that are unsafe at any speed. Does that engine damage the rear wheel or break spokes?

I could post a video on it but as of now my camera is down. The Highth of the intake and exhaust ports would need to be known so Id need the Family of the Engine. Usually they arelate So lowering the intake 1/16" and lifting the exhaust port a little less will do. shaving the head you chuck uphead on any lathe use the spark plug holes threads and a big bolt with the same threadsshaving tool at least 2.5" wide I go all the way to the head taking the protruding circle domes square off on most.
