Cyclist hit by car traffic accident at junction of Yio Chu Kang Road and Serangoon North Ave 5 on 6 October 2015 around 7am in the morning. Car hit cyclist while turning right at pedestrian crossing. As a driver, he must not only watch out for traffic coming in his direction, he also watch out for possible pedestrians.
On the other hand, the cyclist should watch out for traffic in his direction as he plan to cross the road. It always a potential risk that cars awaiting to cross the junction in your direction may not have spotted him.
