Storm Affordable Electric Bike
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
Storm is an electric bicycle designed to be cheap and practical. It’s the 1987 Honda Civic of electric bikes, stripped down to the basics. There’s no regenerative braking, or a fancy housing to disguise the massive batteries needed to give bikes any kind of range for commuting. Kyle Russell takes the new Storm eBike for a spin. this is one of the worst video reviews of any product I've ever seen. "ok so the battery like how much can it like hold" ....hipster doofus

I'm 6 foot 5 223 pounds will it ride comfortably for a guy my size and how far can I go on a charge and how fast. Any input welcome. Thank You

only 90 minutes? is there any way to make it last longer?
-
brakes are not hydraulics :v its a mechanical disc brake
-
i wouldn't say $500 for a bike is exactly affordable. however compared to the other options at least its price is down to earth and not meant for the executives and "1% ers"

The wheels are too wide for urban and most use unless you intend to be riding on the beach or some sand. Needs thinner wheels like a road bike or normal mtb with slick tires.
-
Love this one. sick of ebike companies making dumbass looking frames to hide the battery. Its so obvious. You get a much bigger better battery taking up the whole space in the middle of the frame. If you're gonna do it might as well go all in.

Lost a lot of credibility with me when he said hydraulic brake because the BRAKE CABLE of the standard mechanical disk can be clearly seen in the HD video. :(
-
You have two turning wheels why not use that rotation to charge the battery. It could add another couple miles to the run life.
-
Cool, but if it has the option for regular mtb tires it would be great

Great! A electric bike that's not over price!
