The Double Crunch Works the Up and Lower Abs without hurting your lower back. The Bicycles Work Both Sides of Your Abs again with low injury risk. This is the second of four exercises I do. The key to double crunches is going for high volume with low intensity. You don't need a gym or equipment, just you energy effort and determination. I do approximately 1500 double crunches through a total exercise, here I display 2 sets of 10. I hope this no cost exercise aides and encourages the everyday person that they can do it if they by themselves with energy and effort an effective routine.
