This was one of the first workouts of yours that I tried. I made it though the first time but I was dying by the end. I just tried it again after a month or so of doing your workouts and it was no problem! Thanks for all the hard work and enthusiasm that goes into your videos!

Yesterday just to mix it up I went to my local gym for their core fitness class, and had no problems hanging in with all their planks and everything else.
But I thought to myself, "If Sean were here, what would he do?!"
And then I realized the obvious answer.........and tucked in my shirt! -
