Its cool that you do some testing and present information whether it is selective or not but stop mocking other brands please! When you hit below the belt I lose respect for your brand.

As a 50 yr old rd cyclist... this is a serious good sportif bike for entry level & intermediate rides 👍🚴🏻
-
what's the weight limit on the defy series? anyone know? looked all over (the Internet.) and can't find anything on weight limits.
-
Looks OK, but I'll keep my 1981 Motobecane Mirage for a while longer.

Recently purchased a Defy Advanced 2. Really enjoying it and admire the stiffness of the frame.

Whats the difference between the Defy and TCR?

+RideGiantBicycles What bike would you all recommend to a 45 year old 'returning' novice? The last time I road raced was in high school. My wallet can afford the 2016 Defy 1 with its $1,659 CDN price tag. But it's Aluminium & Carbon (Composite). Or should search the sofa for change and go with the 2016 Defy Advanced 1, all Carbon (Composite) option with its $2,649 CDN cost? Please note, I have no desire nor ability to race in the Tour de France ;)

"they have some work to do" don't you do all frames for them?? then you have some work to do :)

the problem with my giant tcr is that its not stiff near the fork. I can actually feel flex in that area so not sure if its just a bad fork/bearings or the fact that its not reinforced in that area. Good to hear that they added beef to this region hopefully that solves that issue.

The avail for women......AWESOME!!!!!!! Love love my bike 😉😊

I'd happily bet they actually bought at least 3 bikes from each main competitor, and then just picked the "best" bike from each competitor that their stats beat.
-
Doesn't sound convincing and impact with those numbers.
Can we get Adam Craig with beers to tell the whole stories again? I bet he'll do the better job. Cheers :) -
Looking to buy this bike in the next couple of days, but questioning the QR axle on the front. Did you get any pinging on the disc under load or cornering? Due to fork twist.

that blue is ugly

Good bikes ,ride nice ,well made ,

"We purchase competitors frames from local shops" I chuckled at that. More like "we look at our competitors cad designed they sent us to build for them"

This is a good video and I appreciate it, facts are good to know. The people complaining are just mad at themselves for not buying a Giant.
-
Nothing says a product is pretty good like a competitor trying hard to discredit it.
Specialized & Trek are winning, Giant is whining. -
Can I have one of these for free 😀 honestly I will look after it... You can have my well loved tcr in its place ☺️

Every company has some chart or test to say they have the best bikes. But Giant ,Specialized & Trek all have had winners on their bikes win at the Tour De France,Paris Roubaix and every other major race in the world. . They all make great bikes. It's what ever bike that fits you. I ride a 2013 Specialized Roubaix Sport and a Trek Marlin Mtb with many upgrades on both. I'm just a recreational cyclist but I've still put 5400miles on my Roubaix just casual riding. Their zerts gimmick works good for a comfy ride and I've heard good things about Trek's Domane too.
