hi Darren , just one question , how do you mount / dismount your bike ? , I did my 1st trial run today with all my gear and couldn't get my leg over to the other side , and when dismounting and leaning the bike over the front wheel shot up in the air haha ( I don't have front panniers ... yet ) , is there a technique ? , I have 2 rear panniers ( ortlieb ) with a 24 ltr rack pack

ditch the 1/2 roll of TP, i have found more "uses" for a roll of paper towels in a Ziploc bag

i can tell you have been down this road for awhile too, i have mine narrowed down to 4 nashbar front panniers n some stuff on rear rack, still have room in all 4 panniers, light too,,,, really nice when i have to pick it up n carry it back into de woods to set up camp

Can you do one on racks to hold the bags?

Why is your seat not level? The front of your saddle is higher than the rear, looks seriously uncomfortable.
