I have not ridden a bike since I was a kid and flipped over my handle bars and broke my pelvis I am just to scared to get back on after multiple times of trying again. But my husband and my daughter both love to ride. Me and my husband are both in the makes of a healthier life style so when I was given the opportunity to try this bike computer at a discounted price for my honest unbiased review I had to get it for my husband.
This bike computer came nicely packaged no damage noted to the box. Opon opening this bike computer there where a bunch of small parts to putting it together thankfilly my husband is good at things like that so he set it up and off him and my daughter went , down a new trail he just found. When he got back home he explained to me that he really liked the bike computer he said it stayed on the handle bars with no issues even when going down a bumpy path in the woods. He also said the screen was easy to read and the light on the screen made it even better. He also stated that because it shows you how fast your going it was able to keep him motivated and continue at a steady pace. He was able to do a 6 mile wooded bike ride and loved his new bike computer -
Garmin...Garmin..Garmin..so frustrating are their bike head units ...510 and 810 have software issues, work for awhile but cause anguish later... issues synching with phones are standard, issues synching with Garmin ant plus accessories. I'm looking for an alternative which brings me to this video...elemnt next...

I'll just stick with a free app on my phone haha.

Using Garmin Edge 520 and it's brilliant, battery life not so impressive when connecting all sensors and Bluetooth but data provided by this bike computer covers almost everything
-
will the cateye stealth 50 work on mountain bikes ?

+Bungel2010 yes, it did.

Great review but I'm staying with my Rox 10.0
-
I just bought the Rox 10, is simply amazing, much better than any of those shown in the video. I don't consider the bryton as a bike computer but a navigator. Besides, To follow a track in the mountain, i prefer the viewranger app with topo maps on a 5" super amoled screen, not on a mini screen.

I think the hole on my Weiner is in the wrong place, no actually I think it just twists a wee bit but that's okay right. in the market for cycling computers to see my speed and girth
-
I really like the 22 hour battery life of the Lezyne Super GPS @ $200.
Works well as an external hard drive on my Linux or Chromebook computers to save and upload rides to Map-My-Ride and Strava. I carry an emergency Cell phone, and Text device. tis not a smart one.
Simultaneously utilizes ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart providing a good range of cycling device connections. -
Cateye stealth? hmmm. I purchased the Cateye double wireless strada cyclocomputer hoping that the cadence function would work but it didnt.
-
Who has a latte at the end of a ride? Awkward :p
-
You really should include the iBike!,
