What do you do if it's a rear tire? Nobody will post how to remove it!!!!lol.
-
whats the advantage for going tubeless?
-
tubless avec une chambre, video inutile .
-
The sealant and tape weighs more than the tube.
-
I see everyone is using Gorilla tape in conversion like this.
What happened to Duck tape?
Is it that, suddenly, Gorilla is way much cooler animal than Duck or am I missing something? -
What are the advantages to going tubeless?...
-
It will be much safety with the tube.

HI, I tried this process on my new fat bike, but when I first inflate the tire with the tube the tire doesn't "stick" to te rim like in the vid, so when I try to inflate it without the tube I have no success, do you know why it does so, the tire is also "tubeless ready"... Thanks

does this method work on any kind of fatbike rim.
-
how can you tell if a fatbike rim is tubless compatible. i ride a khs 500.thanks.
-
what background song?

I've watched a few "how to: tubeless fat" videos tonight. My question is this... In the world of standard size mtn bike wheels, there are specific "tubeless ready" wheels and tires. I don't believe this tech exists for our fatties, so am I to understand that, up to this point, everyone is converting normal, everyday (tubeless ready) wheels and tires using this method?

Why not use 10 or 20 mil PVC tape? It should keep air from leaking and you won't need to use as much sealant or just a dot on each nipple on regular or double walled rims??
Thanks

And thats a cheap air compressor to.

I had an idea for a product that you squirt into your inner tube (Not fill it up with it just put a little in) Im thinking poly foam because it sets so quick, And if and when you run over something like a nail or whatever and pop a hole in tube the foam squirts out sets instantly and you keep riding, Either that, OR, Prop bike up so after you do work on tire you can keep it spinning for a short time, Deflate inner tube, Grab some canned poly foam and squirt the required amount into tire or inner tube, Put on bike and spin constantly until it rises and inflates tire and until it dries a few minutes later and voila.... You've got a tire entirely filled with foam and it wont deflate when you run over a bucket of nails even

good how too video - suggestion - when working on bike tires I would work on the tire assembly on a work stand or saw horse with [2] 2x4 layed accross to place the tire assembly down on, instead of wobbling around the benchtop. Another way is to drill a 1" - 2" hole in your work bench off to one side. One more way would be to get a tool stand or two, http://www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result?q=work+stands . I also use 2 old bath towels to protect the rim finish or old bath / hall area carpets [the ones with the rubber backs] that my wife said they must go and time for an update. I find they work well for this kink of use and I keep a few rolled up in my work cabinet. Good to keep one in the trunk also, great for emergency of any kind. Re-use comes in handy in a shop! Just my thoughts, keep the videos coming guys, doing a great job!

I got the V-Rubber 26x4.00, VRB321 with my Bikes Direct Motobecane Fantom FB4, I heard you mention that a better tire is a good idea. Which tire would you suggest I swap to?
