My motovert first run with turbo fitted vz21 turbo. Oil leaks from turbine shaft into exhaust making massive smoke. Making bigger oil drain line from turbo should fix smoke problem

If you want to no how it's done the right Way check out my 150cc turbo Look up Tomoz 150cc turbo Running 8 psi spools up at 3500 rpm And goes like fuck Got heaps of vids No smoke About 25 hp Spooling 3500 rpm 8psi on the gate by 4500rpm Little bit of a handful Fast Tommoy
U probaly don't want the frame, it has some cracks in it
Do you want to sell you frame? I've been looking for a frame like that for a while now.
Will allways smoke Turbo needs a carbon seal to stop leak I have done a blow thru 150cc with a rhf3 Got as much boost as you want no smoke Intercooler blow off valve and power It's all about the pilot tube
how did you drain the oil bac kto the motor?
GUY VALINOTI : If your bike goes slower with the turbo that mean your setup is not working as well as it supposed to be .... I got a VZ21 in a John Deere Gator with a FE290D kawasaki engine in it . I also used a ECOTRONS EFI kit and removed the speed governor..I got some problems with the oil flow too but now I can certify that is AWESOME with a turbo loll
you dont have to rethink all the setup just lose the screws of the housing and turn it as you want !
( the smaller hole is the inlet)
..... put the inlet oil on the top ! max angle 15 degrees ! the oil need to flow naturally from the turbo to the motor! the inlet on the motor needs to be over the top oil level !If you dont the oil with bleed from everywhere ( intake and exhaust sides) I got the same problem with the same turbo !
I have made the oil inlet to the turbo a .4mm hole and it helped heaps with the smoke and still has plenty of oil flow, I will post another video once I can get the bike to run good, rite now it will make 4 psi boost but the bike was faster with no turbo.
