While heavy rain in SoCal often shuts down our local race and test tracks, precipitation in the hills makes for prime free riding. With a vast expanse of land right outside his back door, Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg usually has numerous jumps shoveled up and ready to go as soon as the skies clear.
