Very Near Miss - Two Bikes

Two cyclists nearly crashed here. One, riding on the road, in the correct position, wearing hi-viz gear and signalling clearly that they are turning left is almost wiped out by another, joining the road from the pavement. This second rider was wearing a hood and didn't bother to check the road before hauling out.

It goes without saying... not all drivers are bad and not all cyclists are good.
