Held during the 2015 Kannawidan Festival of Ilocos Sur. The group of vintage enthusiasts headed by Architect Rey said they are composed of around 80 vintage bicycle collectors. Old bicycles includes the brand of Columbia, Monark, Shelby, WWII bikes, Schwinn and among others.
