Occurred October 9th, 2015 / Gastonia, North Carolina, USA DESCRIPTION: A woman started rolling donuts in the intersection hitting two civilians cars and two police cars. After attempting to hit a police officer She circled back around to where the recorder was standing and she hit a utility guide wire for a utility pole before hitting a fire hydrant and then flipping upside down into the ditch.
