Honestly guys, I had no clue where this cop car came from. Smh, he stopped traffic as if I was popping wheelies and already running from him. As always, I keep my calm nature especially when dealing with NYPD or any law enforcement for that matter. I was so amazed he pulled me over in that way, just because I had a GoPro. There is no law in New York State banning GoPros while on a vehicle. So I really had no clue when I was being pulled over. This vid was was supposed to be my thank you to all who have stuck with the channel and to any new viewers who are supporting Clutch1st. I really appreciate everyone and it has been so much fun doing this! After I was stopped though, my focus was completely way off. So, this will need to be continued later. Thank you again everyone! UPDATE: Hey guys, I’m seeing a lot of new faces on the channel and I’d like to welcome you all. This vid was uploaded for 2 reasons: 1) to thank my friends/viewers for supporting the channel and 2) to show how to calmly deal with law enforcement. There is always 2 sides to a story. I for one will always show respect. This officer may have had bad experiences with other motorcyclists, but in no way should he have pulled me over aggressively the way he did. I on the other hand should not have been filtering, but then again, I was not stopped for a traffic violation. I was simply profiled for riding a motorcycle. I know it used to be that cops in NYC aren't allowed to chase motorcycles, i wonder if that's still the case. Thats why you see all the dirt bikers roaming in packs without tags.

Yup - profiling. You're ALWAYS allowed to record ANYTHING when you're in public.

I could understand if was for safety issues as an attachment that protrudes by more than 5mm is seen as voiding the helmet's adherence to the National Standards, effectively classifying it as a non-compliant helmet. That’s from the country I come from may be similar in the US not sure.
